brief: Imagine and design a one-color hang tag for a luffa, sticking to specified size constraints.
my approach: I hoped to highlight how we can make a change in the world by choosing consumer products wisely. Rather than purchasing a ball-o-plastic luffa, why not buy a natural luffa? You can keep yourself, as well as our oceans, clean and happy.

brainstorm & sketches
Immediately, I knew I wanted to use origami to create a compelling hang tag. The folding pattern allows for more total surface area with a small folded size. I experimented with script type combined with wave patterns.

Though the final print has some legibility problems, I'm satisfied with the final product. I think it is compelling and informative.
